Each of our products undergo production only once they have been ordered. This means that we cannot not offer exchanges or refunds on products if you ordered the wrong size, style or if you do not like the product. Please be sure to ask any and all questions before purchasing and to check the size chart to ensure that you order your product correctly.
Refunds will be issued if the wrong item was sent or delivered damaged. When contacting us please send an image of the damaged product and let us know if you would like a refund or an exchange. If approved, your item will be refunded or exchanged. You do not need to return the original item. A credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method. Your banks or credit card issuer's refund processing may impact the timing of your refund.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your request, and let you know if a refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember, it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.
