How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

Products usually ship within 2-3 business days. Delivery should be expected after an additional 3-5 business days.  A tracking number will be sent out once the item is shipped.  If you do not receive a tracking number for your order after 5 days, please contact us at support@unilaterallyhumerus.com.

 

Can I place a bulk order for my unit, department or practice?

YES. Please contact us with questions regarding customizable orders and bulk pricing at bulkorders@unilaterallyhumerus.com. 

 

Do you take returns or refunds?

Each of our products are made to order. This means that we cannot not offer exchanges or refunds on products if you ordered the wrong size, style or if you do not like the product.  Please be sure to ask any and all questions before purchasing our products and to check the provided size charts to ensure that you order your product correctly.

Refunds will be issued if the wrong item was sent or delivered damaged.  When contacting us, please send an image of the damaged product and let us know if you would like a refund or an exchange.  If approved, your item will be refunded or exchanged as requested. You do not need to return the original item. A credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.  Your bank or credit card issuer's refund processing may impact the timing of your refund.
